Eligibility
- β Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
- β Completed and signed visa application form
- β Recent biometric photographs
- β Proof of travel purpose (flight & hotel booking)
- β Financial proof (bank statement and solvency certificate)
- β Proof of occupation (employee/business/student/retired)
- β Travel health insurance
- β National ID or Birth Certificate
Required Documents
- π Visa application form must be filled and signed by the applicant
- π A valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of application and at least 2 empty pages
- π Passport biodata page photocopies (3 copies)
- π 3 copies biometric photos with white background taken within the last 6 months covering full face including ears and hair, clearly visible without shadow (size 2x2 inch, matte paper)
- π National ID card
- π Travel Health Insurance as per embassy/consulate instructions (TΓΌrkiye incoming health insurance is mandatory and can only be done by MOSAIC)
- π Airline ticket reservation
- π Hotel reservation
- π Original bank statement up to date covering the last 3 months of transactions + Original bank solvency certificate (of the cost bearer)
- π Covering letter / Request letter / Forwarding letter
- π Introduction letter from the applicant
- π Trade license attested by Notary Public (for businessmen)
- π Income Tax Return / TIN certificate attested by Notary Public (for businessmen and employees)
- π NOC + Visiting Card + Official ID (for employees)
- π Membership Certificate + Memorandum + Incorporation Certificate + Export/Import Certificate attested by Notary Public (for businessmen)
- π If applicant is below 18 and traveling with one parent, a permission letter from the other parent is required
- π BMDC Certificate or Bar Council Certificate attested by Notary Public (occupation based if applicable)
- π Retirement letter for retired government/private officials attested by Notary Public
