Visa application form must be filled and signed by the applicant -

A valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of application and at least 2 empty pages -

3 copies biometric photos with white background taken within the last 6 months covering full face including ears and hair, clearly visible without shadow (size 2x2 inch, matte paper) -

Travel Health Insurance as per embassy/consulate instructions (TΓΌrkiye incoming health insurance is mandatory and can only be done by MOSAIC) -
