Eligibility
- โ Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel
- โ Purpose of travel must be business related
- โ Proof of financial capability
- โ Invitation letter from Indonesian company or counterpart
- โ Confirmed travel arrangements (flight and hotel booking)
- โ Health insurance coverage
Required Documents
- ๐ Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel
- ๐ 2 copies of recent color photos (size 3x4 cm, matte paper, white background, cap and glasses not allowed)
- ๐ Proof of funds of at least USD 2000 within the last 6 months (Bank Statement + Bank Solvency Certificate)
- ๐ Original blank checkbook copy
- ๐ TIN certificate
- ๐ Return air ticket reservation
- ๐ Hotel reservation
- ๐ Proof of health insurance
- ๐ Invitation letter from an Indonesian counterpart or sponsoring company
- ๐ Sponsor details including name, address, phone number and Indonesian ID card (KTP) for individuals or company details for organizations
- ๐ Updated trade license (if in Bangla, English translation with notary copy must be attached)
- ๐ Business pad (2 copies)
- ๐ Memorandum of Articles copy if proprietor or managing director name is not mentioned in the trade license

Additional Notes
Thistype of visa is valid forsingle entry only with a maximum period ofstay of 60 days. This visa is applied to those who will visit Indonesia for the purpose of official government activities, tourism,business and commercial activities, international conferences/meetings, humanitarian reasons, journalistic activities, or transit. Please note that this visa is not valid for paid working purposes.
Please also note that for journalistic and film/video-making activities, the applicant must obtain a special permit prior to applying for a visa. Please contact the Information and Social Culture Section ofthe Embassy through the email address: sosio.culture@indonesia-bd.org

Please submit all passports(Previous and new)to Chologhuri at the time of submission
We only process tourist and business visas (nonimmigrant, immigrant, work, study and anothertype of visas are not processed by us)
We do not process any urgent visas
Once you submit all the documents to us, we will take 1-2 working days to prepare all the documents for submission to the respective embassies
We may ask for additional documents which are not listed in the checklist because the embassy sometimes requires more documents than usual. We requesteveryone to be cooperative if such a thing happens.
Visa is not guaranteed and the decision is up to the embassy. Sometimes embassy asks for a personal interview session, applicants need to go to theembassy if requires.
