Required Documents
- π Completely filled and signed Schengen visa application form (use VIDEX website and print all pages including barcodes)
- π Declaration of Consent form
- π Passport with minimum 3 months validity beyond visa expiry and at least 2 blank pages (previous passports if applicable)
- π One recent biometric passport sized photograph (35x45 mm, white background, 70β80% face coverage; do not glue or staple)
- π Overseas medical insurance valid for entire Schengen stay with minimum β¬30,000 coverage including repatriation (credit card insurance not accepted)
- π Flight reservation/itinerary and confirmed hotel booking with full address and reference number
- π Personal covering letter explaining the purpose of the visit and who will bear the travel expenses
- π Tour plan outlining the full intended itinerary and activities within the Schengen area
- π Employment documents: Employer letter with designation, salary, leave approval and purpose of visit.
- π For self-employed: Trade license, Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Articles, and company bank statements (last 6 months). For students: Proof of enrolment and leave certificate
- π Original personal bank statements for at least the last 6 months and proof of other financial assets (DPS, FDR, holding tax receipt, etc.)
- π Copy of personal tax return certificate with annual tax payment confirmation and proof of payment (latest fiscal year)
- π Civil status documents such as Marriage Certificate/Nikah Nama, Divorce Certificate, Death Certificate, or Childrenβs Birth Certificate translated into German or English
- π Additional photocopies including passport biodata page, Bangladesh residence permit (if applicable), and copies of previous Schengen/US/Canada/UK visas
- π For minors under 18: Birth certificate, custody/adoption documents if applicable, and notarized consent letter from legal guardian with passport copy if guardian is not traveling
