๐Passport Copy
Upload a clear copy of the current passport bio-data page and relevant visa or travel-history pages. The original passport must meet the applicable validity requirements. -

Upload a recent passport-size photograph if required by the applicable visa checklist or application process. -
๐Signed Visa Application Form
Upload the completed and signed Georgia visa application form, if already prepared. CholoGhuri can assist with application preparation. -
๐Covering Letter
Upload the covering letter stating personal details, designation, passport number, travel purpose and dates, and who will cover travel expenses. -
๐Visa Fee Payment Receipt
Upload proof of the USD 20 Embassy visa fee payment via Telegraphic Transfer (TT), after confirming the current payment instructions. -
๐National ID (NID)
Upload a clear copy of the applicant's National ID, if applicable or requested by the current checklist. -
๐Employment NOC / Student Documents
Employees: upload an employer NOC on company letterhead. Students: upload an educational institution letter, student ID, or proof of enrolment, as applicable. -
๐Proof of Occupation
Upload relevant documents such as office ID and visiting card, company registration documents, Government Order (GO), BMDC certificate, BAR Council certificate, or retirement certificate, depending on occupation. -
๐Bank Statement & Solvency Evidence
Upload the personal or company bank statement for the last 6 months, showing bank contact details and bearing the required stamp and authorized signature. -
๐Salary Slips & Income Tax Documents
Upload salary slips for the last 6 months and income tax returns for the last 3 years, if available. -
๐Flight Reservation
Upload the flight ticket reservation or travel booking for the intended journey. Avoid purchasing non-refundable tickets before visa approval. -
๐Hotel Booking / Accommodation Proof
Upload a hotel reservation, rental agreement, or acceptable host invitation confirming accommodation in Georgia. -
๐Travel Itinerary
Upload the planned travel itinerary and supporting documents explaining the purpose of the visit. -
๐Travel & Health Insurance
Upload insurance covering the entire stay in Georgia, including health and accident coverage meeting the applicable requirements. -
๐Invitation Letter
For visits to friends, relatives, or other hosts: upload the invitation and any supporting or notarized documents required by the authorities. -

For applicants under 18: upload the birth certificate, guardian consent, and applicable custody or guardianship documents. -

Important Notes
- All supporting documents must be arranged in the order specified by the Embassy/VFS checklist. Do not staple documents.
- Additional documents or an interview may be requested by the Georgian authorities.
- Documents in Bangla should be translated into English where required by the applicable checklist.
- An invitation letter may be required for host visits; additional notarization may apply.
- CholoGhuri Processing Time: 3–5 working days, depending on the application.
- Embassy Processing Time: Approximately 2 weeks or longer after submission.
- Embassy Visa Fee: USD 20 per applicant, payable directly to the Embassy via Telegraphic Transfer (TT), subject to confirmation of current instructions.
- CholoGhuri Visa Assistance Fee: BDT 4,000 per applicant.
- VFS Service Fee: BDT 6,100 per applicant, as previously listed. Confirm the current fee before payment.
- Embassy and VFS fees are generally non-refundable, including in case of visa refusal. CholoGhuri's service fee is separate.
- Do not purchase non-refundable flight tickets before visa approval.
- Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the Georgian authorities.
