Embassy fee For Adult (age 12 or above) : 12,690 BDT
For children aged between 6 - 11 years old : 6345 BDT
VFS Service Fee : 2,680 BDT

Eligibility
- β Valid Bangladeshi passport with at least 3 months validity beyond intended stay and 2 blank pages
- β Completed and signed Schengen Visa Application Cover Letter and VU2 form from ApplyVisa
- β Visa fee payment receipt (online)
- β Strong purpose of visit (tourism or visiting family/friends) supported by documentation
- β Proof of employment, business, or student status
- β Proof of personal financial means and documents showing establishment in Bangladesh (property, partnerships, family)
- β Health and travel insurance valid in Schengen area (minimum β¬30,000 coverage)
- β Hotel booking, flight reservation, and travel itinerary
- β Invitation and identity documents from host if visiting family/friends

- π Employerβs letter, NOC, visiting card, employment certificate, salary slips, and tax certificates (last 3 years)
- π For self-employed: trade license, incorporation certificate, company bank statements (6 months), income tax return
- π For self-employed: dividend certificate or annual salary certificate on company letterhead
- π For students: enrollment proof and leave of absence letter with official contact details
- π Original personal bank statement (6 months); also company statement if applicable
- π Documents proving financial/property ownership and family ties (e.g. marriage certificate, children's birth certificates)
- π Travel insurance (original and photocopy)
- π Hotel reservation, flight booking, and itinerary
- π If visiting family/friends: invitation letter and host identity documents (passport, ID, residence permit)
- π Photocopies of passport data page, previous visas (Schengen, US, UK, Canada), and Bangladesh residence permit (for non-Bangladeshi applicants)
