General Information & Policies

• Hotel Check-In/Out: Check-in at 14:00, check-out at 11:00. Early/late check-in/out can be arranged in advance (extra charges apply).
• Pick-Up Info: Next day’s pickup schedule will be sent via message. Guests must be ready 15 minutes before departure at the hotel lobby.
• Communication: All communication must be in writing for clarity; verbal instructions are discouraged.
• Delays & Responsibility: Delays due to traffic may occur. We are not responsible for missed tours due to late arrivals or lost items.
• Luggage Allowance: Domestic flights allow 15kg check-in + 8kg cabin per person. Extra baggage fees are the guest’s responsibility.
• Airport Transfers: Waiting time is max 1 hour for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic. Late arrivals must arrange their own transport.
• Hotel Information: Review your hotel details in advance. No free changes once the tour starts; cancellation penalties apply.
• Tour Timing: Tours typically operate between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Night tours or flights are exceptions.
• Payment: Full payment must be completed on arrival day.
• Mobility & Dress: Tours include walking; wear comfortable shoes. Not suitable for disabled guests.
• Equal Treatment: All guests are treated equally, regardless of status or nationality.
• Meals: Dinners are not included. Hotels are centrally located with nearby dining options.
• Non-Compliance: Guests who fail to follow these policies may have their tour stopped without refund.
