Turkey Visa Checklist

1. A passport with six months validity on the date of application and it should have at least 2
empty pages.
2. Passport biodata page photocopies (3 copy)
3. 3 copies Biometric photos with white background that were taken within the last 6 months
covering the full-face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without
shadow, in size 2x2, met paper
4. Marriage certificate & Nikkah Nama attested by a Notary Public (If a married couple is
travelling together)
5. National ID card or birth certificate photocopy (ID mandatory)
6. Travel insurance (Must be done from reired international, from outside is not allowed. Only
UN & Government Insurance will be allowed)
7. Airline ticket reservation
8. Hotel reservation
9. Original bank statement up to date (Covers the transactions of the last three months)
Original bank solvency
Note: Minimum account balance must be 250,000/- per person. This amount must be
deposited in the account until the passport is given back from the Embassy
10. Covering letter / Request letter / Forwarding letter
• Submission of the following documents could help support the application:
• Trade license attested by Notary Public (For businessman)
• Income tax return / TIN attested by Notary Public
• NOC + Visiting card + Official ID (Only for employer)
• Membership + Incorporation + Export + Import certificate attested by a Notary Public (Only for
businessman)

Note-
1. Please submit all passports (Previous and new) to Chologhuri at the time of submission
2. We only process tourist and business visas (non immigrant, immigrant, work, study and other type of
visas are not processed by us)
3. We do not process any urgent visas
4. Once you submit all the documents to us, we will take 1-2 working days to prepare all the documents for
submitting to the respective embassies
5. We may ask for additional documents which are not listed in the checklist because embassy sometime
require more documents than usual. We request everyone to be co-operative if such thing happens.
6. Visa is not guaranteed and decision is up to the embassy. Sometime embassy asks for personal interview
session, applicants need to go to the embassy if requires.
